lovely item just in I hoped it would look
The product doesn’t work doesn’t light up. Sent email after email the consumer does not respond. I want an exchange or full refund. The shark was perfect size for where I wanted it to be in my grandsons bedroom but it’s no use if it doesn’t light up.
Great gift and incredible quality and value for money
I ordered a few things and they are all really lovely, good quality and quick postage. However, two of the items I received were incorrect and despite reaching out to the company multiple times through email and the ‘contact us’ page on the website, I’m yet to hear back to resolve this issue. I ordered a plain Minnie stocking as shown in picture and 2 matching Mickey ones, however, I received the ones with ‘Christmas Wishes’ on them which don’t match. As photographed, they are two products that are listed entirely seperately.
It’s a shame to leave this review as the products are quite lovely but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I hope that my order is resolved soon.

I recently bought this personalised pram liner for my baby boy, he has just went into his seat unit and I wanted something that I could take out easy and clean if any messes were made. I absolutely love it! It’s so beautiful, and fits perfectly I’ve had so many compliments on it too, I’m already thinking of purchasing the footmuff 🥰

The is a quality product, very well presented and very cleverly thought out. The end result of the build is stunning and has made an excellent oportunity for further hours spent in imaginative play. This has been a brilliant bonding exercise for father and child to indulge in time well spent together. There are many "bits" to assemble, and loads of "pressing out" the voids, but the end result is worthy of the time investment, a really handsonmecastle indeed! The instructions are straight forward and very logical. Thank you guys!

Lovely pram liner. Ideal for summer. I got blue with no personalisation. However I did have to get it altered, I have a cuggl pushchair and it was just too low for the clip part. Easily sorted but maybe help others with same pushchair😊
