Beautiful footmuff unfortunately they spelt the name wrong, it was correct on the order but incorrect on the foot muff saying that they dealt quickly with this and sent another out asap with return packaging for the other one , beautiful footmuff and it won’t put me off ordering from this site again

I am really disappointed in this service ordered on the 25/05/25 and my order is no where to be found… have contacted the company and they have said about sending a replacement however will not reply to emails since this.
