Spent just over £70 on products, for them to come spelt wrong!. Contacted them for it to be corrected (as not my fault) they was sending a returns lable out and correcting this for me..... NOTHING!!! radio silence. No answer to any of my emails. Now £70 down and have products i can not use or even sell on, because no one would have this name......essentially with a random Q in the middle of it!!

Your parcel arrived on the 31st Jan but instead of the blue striped pygamas, you sent a boys blue velour dressing gown for an 12/18 month old with the name Jonah embroided, after 5 un answered emails , you finally sent a message , saying you were re sending the pyjamas, (which by the way were for a birthday that has now long passed.) With a returns label for the dressing gown , I have still not reveived either. Probably the worst customer service I have encountered for a long time.
