Head hole to small my son is a size 3-6 months ordered 6-12 months as I wanted the oversized look and can’t even get it over his head and they will not refund or resend a new one as it was personalised won’t be ordering from JUST BLUE OR PINK AGAIN
Hi Zoe, you messaged us to say that our item is faulty and that your 9 month old baby can not fit his head into the opening. We explained that we can not issue refunds on personalised items but as you said the item was faulty you could return to us and we would compare to our other hoodies and replace it.
These hoodies are our best sellers and we haven't had any problems with sizing before. If you wanted the oversized look then perhaps the next size up (12-24 months) would be a better choice.

The actual glass design is very clever with the white feather inside. Yes the down fall is it’s just a sticker of the quote on the front, I think people think it is etched but non the less I love it in memory for my precious Daddy

Absolutely gorgeous cosy toes for my daughters car seat.. it is a cybex cloud z so I did have to make a separate hole for the buckle to pop through but other than that it's perfect! Will order the pram cosy toes.Thanks so much x

It took nearly 2 weeks to tell me an item that I ordered was out of stock. Wasn’t offered another option, as would have cancelled. Item I did receive was cheaply made and sticker was poorly applied not straight and had air bubbles. Went straight into the bin.
